Great works, but I think it should be set to 10-15 sec. Late in the game, when labs have speed modules, you have to wait for the robots to labs need the science packs

@Khalcifer made the interval configurable in 1.0.3 as a startup setting due to performance reasons, also personally i keep my labs on productivity, but to each his own.

are you sure the logistic network has those packs in storage?

yes, i use this mod https://mods.factorio.com/mod/EditorExtensions

and here have logistic chest with all items

its probably a compatibility issue i currently have no time for to dig into

when you have time to fix mod?

after my current space exploration playthrough has finished, which will not be any time soon, in the mean time i would suggest:
- check L to see if the logistic network shows those science packs as available
- doublecheck that there are no gaps in coverage between the chests and the labs (aka: is on the same network)
- ditch the mod if all else fails
