This type of shell only has very low explosive damage and blast radius, but it will emit shrapnel in a 360° radius from the point of impact, causing physical damage. It also has a 100% fire rate bonus.
Thanks for the idea. This ammo sounds like the existing cluster bomb but deal physical damage instead of explosion damage, so I am not sure if it is worth to create a new ammo type. I may look into it once I get current issues & balancing all fixed.
