If network does not have power to transfer full request, request is reduced until power requirements met. - Network overview is now closed when hitting escape. Thanks for the tip npo6ka! Changes: - Changed provider and requester chest names for clarity. - Chunk distance calculation now include a check for neighbor chunks. If chunk is neighbor, no additional power is required.
