Modifies item signal to the number of items (or fluids) produced/consumed per time interval
How to use:
- Place down the production or consumption combinator and open its GUI
- Set one of the output signals to be the item/fluid you're interested in
- Set the time interval in the upper right
- Connect the combinator to your circuit network!
