i [Addressed] Increase solar power at stargate to 150%

Not sure if this recommendation should be here, or under Aegis & Bellicos. Metal & Stars as of update 0.1.19 increased the solar power of their stargates to 150%, instead of the value of 1% set previously.

As this resultant stargate only has a distance of 19, this places it closer than Fulgora at 25 with a solar power of 120.

The point of having 1% solar power on the stargates is to make it so the inter-stargate route has only 1% solar power throughout (which makes sense since the route isn't anywhere close to any star)
Besides, you're not supposed to park your spaceships at the stargate.

But we'll consider increasing it a bit, at least to make the first travel through it manageable.

Yep, that's fair. I hadn't considered the solar power during the route itself. I guess there could be workarounds using intermediate space locations along the way to act as control nodes for the solar power, but its a far less elegant solution.

Happy for it to stay at 1% then.

Well It's hard having to choose between 1% solar power or solar power based on the distance to the parent star of that stargate because I know either option can't work with everyone.

But nothing's here to stop me from just pushing that choice onto the player :]

So Aegis & Bellicos (0.2.4) now just has a new mod setting to choose between 1%-1%, 10%-10% or 150%-40% solar power near the stargates.
