Factorio but with logistics-capable stargates that teleports players and belt contents around the map and between surfaces.

This mod is very similar to https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Teleporters but distinct in a few key ways, such as logistics transferring through the gates, and how gates need to be dialed and remain open and connected to eachother and can simply be walked through after dialing.
Stargate is not a derivative of the Teleporters mod.
