Adds a (short) fading slow to attack damage, heavier damage has a heavier and longer-lasting slow.
Fully configurable with entity-specific bonuses.
Method:
Uses a on_entity_damaged event to apply custom slowdown stickers to units and characters with graduating severity based on the amount of damage. Greater than 0 has a 60% fading slow with a 0.3s duration, greater than 25 has a 70% fading slow with a 1.2s duration and greater than 50 has a 80% fading slow with a 5s duration.
