Instead if having a mod that teleports you away from danger, I'd rather prefer that all it'd do is make vehicles not damage you. Would it be possible to make such a (replacement) function?
As in pass through you or not do any damage on impact?
Both may be possible, but would likely apply to everything, not just player characters. So trains wouldn't collide with biters or anything other than other trains.
