Spidertron Tiers CU fix

This version is intended for an event and is not designed for use in general modpacks. However, I plan to update the mod so that it can work with many different mod collections.

Currently, compatibility is limited to Vanilla and the specific event modpack—and that’s it. It also has broken balance for Space Age (SA). If you find any bugs, please go to Discord and look for Returner_org (apavel72hddyson).
