I've dug in the mod files and tried removing similar mods to check compatibility, but I have been unable to find an answer to this problem. The recipe for naquitite from clumps doesn't appear in my inventory as a recipe I have nor does it show up in any machines I lay down to try. The recipe does not specify what machine is needed and only appears in the research tree for me before/after I've researched it. It seems like it ought to be in the thermodynamics facility based on the code. Strangely, I've not seen anyone, anywhere have this same issue(Or even talk about using the harvester process) so I am just not sure if it only exists on my end.

No way! You should not talk this way about yourself. Look at everything you put together here, and I assume this is not your only project. I am learning coding and it is incredibly difficult. I did not notice the issue, and I pored over it for hours. You created something that helps bring joy to others! It has helped me get farther in the SE mod than I have ever managed to attempt. If you are ever not proud of this accomplishment, know that somewhere I am proud for you. Thank you so much for your haste.
