How do you use it? I see the recipee and it should be added by your mod, but i don't see it being used.

If you mean what does it do, it's a way to deliver capsules directly. It delivers 1 capsule per shot at the cost of 2 heat shielding and 2 steel plate.

if you meant where, it's just another crafting option for the delivery cannon.
