Currently incompatible with KS2 with default settings.
Clockwork caste requires red tech card, but tech card needs note which is made in clockwork hq.
Current workaround is to increase starting red tech cards. Not sure if there are issues with other tech cards.
Hello. It's intentional that you'll need to research the Clockwork caste before you can fully automate Red Science. There is a handcrafting-only "Brainstorming" recipe to get Notes before that - or is that recipe missing?
