When you Blacklist an infinite research you can keep pressing blacklist on the next new entry and have this ridiculously long blacklisted research.
Not the developer. Not sure how that is a bug. If there's a research that's not blacklisted nor researched yet, you should be able to blacklist it until you run out of unresearched items that are not blacklisted. Can you provide more details please?
