bugs has reappeared: in both the upgrade and deconstruction planner, all versions of the accumulator and the solar panel are shown.

No, this is correct.
Solar panels do not appear in the Factoriopedia, but they do appear in the upgrade planner if multiple tiers are present (ie. If you have sola panel MK1 and MK2, you should be able to upgrade each of (50 levels) MK1 to same level of MK2)
