Usage

1. Place the Overclocked Solar Panel anywhere on your electric grid.
2. Point an inserter (from belts, chests, or logistics) directly into the solar panel to supply supported circuits.
3. The panel consumes 1 circuit per cycle, scaling power generation and displaying active progress.
4. When circuit supply runs out, the panel automatically falls back to its 70 kW baseline output without interruption.
