Ah strange, this is something I noticed when I put 30% angle initially, but it seemed solved when I put 25% instead. I even posted a bug description on the discord:
"I found a niche modding bug.
When you decide to put a rotation angle limit to a turret, if you put 90° (0.25), it works correctly, but when you put a bit more (108° - 0.3), when the turret turns to shoot something at the border of the limit, the angle will rotate."
