SMRs: Control Fix

Small modular nuclear reactors designed to be deployed off-grid at remote sites. SMRs are manufactured as sealed units with a fixed energy capacity, including both fuel and generator components. This means they can be quickly setup anywhere but once depleted must be returned to base for refurbishment. Forked and corrected error in control.lua and added settings for efficiency.

If you haven't already, would it be possible for you to have it check the value of fuel cells and calculate off that instead of a static value? I was looking into doing that for my own copy, but hadn't gotten around to it. I forget the ratio used compared to normal reactor + fuel, but easy enough to find with a calculator.

Additionally, if I recall correctly, the mod doesn't return depleted cells? If that is correct, it should be a relatively easy thing to add.

That's an interesting idea. I have generally been using these as huge batteries for Space Exploration ships and just editing them to have input/output values in another mod to function like different looking accumulators instead of the intended purpose of the mod author.

Since it seems like you and possibly others will end up using this fork, I'll look into adding this fuel-based charge calculator as functionality to this mod.

I threw in some settings to allow for changes to the conversion efficiency as well as desired capacity and outflow rates at the different tiers as startup settings.

Many thanks, I was wanting to use them once I got to spaceships as well, and they also make nice power sources for temporary outposts, or to jumpstart them. I've already swapped to this version, and the setting for conversion efficiency is even better, so I can make them much less efficient in exchange for their convenience. Thanks for the change, and the rapid response as well.
