b Recipe locked when mod added to existing game

I added this mod to an existing game where trains are already researched, but the Single Train Unit is not available in the crafting menu. Recipe Book (a mod) says it is not researched, allthough it should be.
Version 19.0.10 (because 1.0)
A fix for the next version would be nice.

Until then it can be unlocked with this command: /c game.player.force.reset_technology_effects()
