Allows researching multiple technologies at the same time, evenly distributing the workload between all available labs.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
Currently active labs dont play the annimation they just stay as they were on activation/load of the mod. i dont know if thats a bug or a limitation.
Sadly that's a modding limitation.
