I think (but not sure) that I was using v0.4.11 without much trouble. I just upgraded to 0.5.1 and the research icons are all red. The labs are all consuming science instantly and without any progress being registered.

Do you have the previous version available, so I can do some testing?

Edit: ok, there is a problem with the update, I'll delete 0.5.1 for now until it's fixed.
