Allows researching multiple technologies at the same time, evenly distributing the workload between all available labs.

At the moment, biolabs and other labs that produce pollution don't produce pollution when in parallel research mode. This should be fixed.
They also don't consume electricity.
They do consume electricity via dummy entities, but they indeed do not produce pollution. I never really cared about it because I don't play with biters.
It's technically possible to add it, I'll see what I can do.
