How to use landfill mining? It doesn't work for me. I install this mod but I still can't remove the landfill. By myself, by the bots, removindg plans, whatever. What I need to do? How it works?

You need to be holding a tile (landfill, stone, concrete, etc) in your hand, then rightclick. Same as picking up stone and concrete.

I think if you placed the landfill before installing the mod it won't work.

Well, then this mod is essentially useless.

I suppose this mod could, in on_init, find all the landfill tiles and set https://lua-api.factorio.com/latest/LuaTile.html#LuaTile.hidden_tile to water or perhaps water-shallow.

I'm not a coder. I found another mod that just works. No matter when landfill was laid. Thx for help.

This should be fixed in the latest version. LuaTile.hidden_tile was readonly, but thanks very much Xorimuth for pointing me in the right direction.
