Adds hotkeys to adjust inserter pickup and drop locations.

Please change the name to make it different from the original ("Side Inserters for 2.0" for example)
it is not possible, already tried =( only way is to release a "new" mod but as i know it is not possible to delete the old one. If you know how to do it, please share it with me ^^
