So, there is a bug that has been around since the early days of concreep that keeps getting passed onto its various forks. The Roboports go to "sleep" and stop placing concrete around existing Roboports and only place around new ones despite there being enough concrete in the logistics system and enough robots to handle it.

The old fix still works just like it always has. Simply save the game, disable the mod, load the game, save the game again, reload the mod, and finally load your save. It will take a few minutes for the game to register all your existing Roboports and tell them to start laying concrete.

I don't know how hard it would be to add a console command to force the game to rebuild whatever table etc., for existing roboports.
