Adds missing recycling recipes to Space Exploration.

• Core fragment recycling.
• Scrap actually recycles into components like SA (though scaled down to keep the ore recipe useful). (includes contaminated scrap)

Note: this mod does not enable the recycler itself. Look for Quality (SE-compatible fork) or modify SE itself by removing the "! quality" line from the dependencies field in the info.json file of Space Exploration.
