Why take away the reactor's main advantage? It's completely useless when it loses its thermal fluid.

Because of this, it requires a constant supply of three resources to operate.

Whereas a nuclear reactor consumes two resources, and most often only one, since water is common on planets.

In space, you can build multiple radiators to reduce fluid loss. But it still needs to be refueled with both fuel and thermal fluid.

I've adjusted the ground cooling to not need cryonite slush so you do not need to ship that aswell, only needing fuel and thermofluid. I cannot add a loseless thermofluid cooling recipe without breaking balance with normal thermofluid cooling recipes. It doesnt take much thermofluid to run the fusion reactors, only consuming about 1 per second per fusion reactor, I'm still looking at the cooling, but not much I can do considering balancing of normal cooling.

Its also not meant to replace all forms of power, or even replace nuclear. Nuclear still has its uses and drawbacks

Why not add multiple recipes for different uses. Basic one with split output, slush based recipe for fast conversion a bit reduced loss while still being worse than space cooling and maybe water based one that eats so much water to be useless in space or waterles planets but gets about as efficient as the efficient cooling thermofluid recipe.
