Balancing:
- Adjusted flash thermofluid cooling recipe to take 40 hot thermofluid and produce 20 hot thermofluid and 16 cold thermofluid.
Recipe time is adjusted to produce 4/s of cold thermofluid to match a single fusion reactor.
This removes the need for cryonite slush at the cost of a little more complex fluid handling.
Now only needs fusion cells and thermofluid shipments to run.
