Resources added by mods don't spawn on Space Exploration's planets. This fixes that... but at what cost?

Changes:
- Echo chunk generation no longer has that nasty synchronization step, which should significantly speed things up (particularly during surface scans. Unfortunately, to avoid other issues, the mod no longer deletes echo chunks once it's done with them, so save sizes will grow somewhat.
