Increases terrestrial science pack usage, while reducing space science pack usage. Allows for a better balance between terestrial SPMM and space SPM. all values are configurable.

what i expected it to do.

I expected a reduction in the required space packs to make things more balanced.
Not a quadrupling of the requirements for the basic ones.

I also have no idea what the options do this mod adds.
"Minimum number of cycles a tech needs to have"
What does that even mean?
"A number to multiply the time multiplier with"

All i want is a mod that lets me say
"Every tech with Level 1 Space packs now costs 100 of each."
Or a mod that removes Red, Green, Black and Blue science from Space tech

It increases the number of non space packs per cycle, but also reduces the number of cycles overall. The net result is less space science used. You DON'T use a significantly bigger amount of earth sciences.

Mod settings terminology could use some polishing, true. Also, some other sciences need to be moved, I think.
