Two prime examples I could find are with the mods Module Calibrator (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/module-calibrator) and inside Vanilla Galore (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/vanilla_galore_continued). Whereas a normal recipe would have a 50% output (in the case of module calibrator) or a 5% output (in the case of stone crushing, inside the vanilla galore mod), with scrappy industry the chance of a successful chance plummets to fractions of a percent. The 5% output going to 0.42%, for example. I checked inside the code, and I couldn't exactly make sense of what could be causing it? While adding a simple exclusion inside the mod worked, I get the sense that it may not be a one off issue, where % return recipes have highly reduced values for some reason.
