b (Assumed) Unintended interation with % return recipes.

Two prime examples I could find are with the mods Module Calibrator (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/module-calibrator) and inside Vanilla Galore (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/vanilla_galore_continued). Whereas a normal recipe would have a 50% output (in the case of module calibrator) or a 5% output (in the case of stone crushing, inside the vanilla galore mod), with scrappy industry the chance of a successful chance plummets to fractions of a percent. The 5% output going to 0.42%, for example. I checked inside the code, and I couldn't exactly make sense of what could be causing it? While adding a simple exclusion inside the mod worked, I get the sense that it may not be a one off issue, where % return recipes have highly reduced values for some reason.

Hiya, thanks for the bug report! I did a bad math and didn't have any recipes set up to test this. Will be fixed with the next update :)

No worries! I don't think cases like this happen in vanilla, so it doesn't surprise me the issue hadn't cropped up yet. Thanks for the mod! I've sincerely enjoyed the extra little bit of complexity.

This should be fixed with 0.5.0, let me know if you run into any similar issues
