Compatibility patch between Space Age Overhaul and the Moshine planet. Space Age Overhaul restricts several foundry casting recipes to Vulcanus (pressure 4000). This mod re-enables those recipes on Moshine as well, using a custom surface property so they remain limited to Vulcanus and Moshine only. Does nothing unless both mods are present.

Changes:
- Unified casting behaviour with sao-maraxsis-compat: Moshine now enables the full common casting recipe set instead of only the basic recipes.
- Newly enabled on Moshine: casting-copper, casting-copper-cable, casting-low-density-structure, concrete-from-molten-iron, molten-iron-from-lava, molten-copper-from-lava.
- Simplified the "allows-casting" surface property to a binary flag (0 = no casting, 1 = casting enabled); the previous tiered values are no longer used.
- The property is now defined defensively so the two compat mods can coexist in any load order.
