Useful for Cargo Ships and Beautiful Bridge Railways/Schall Overseas Railway mods in conjunction with mods that alter brightness like Clockwork.

Also has an added setting for Klonan's Repair Turrets being placeable on water to make building electric poles on water easier, which you can turn off if you feel it's too cheaty.

This was a simple mod I wanted to make for personal use, since I like decorating my base with lights, and also thought that being able to place lamps on water would be neat with water-heavy maps.
