Running Gearshift

Add simple fixed running-speed modes to Factorio.

Running Gearshift lets each player cycle between Normal, Fast, and Very Very Fast movement modes using a hotkey or shortcut button. Speed multipliers can be adjusted in-game, and the selected mode is tracked per player.
