Adds Rubber and Resin to the game! Breed trees to find resin in Greenhouses and smelt resin into Rubber to make better belts and vehicles. This works K2's own greenhouse and recipes.

Changes:
- Removed seeds for compat reasons (and I can't figure out how to to add results) use lots of wood instead for getting resin.
- Removed extra tech, recipes that wouldn't be needed/can't be used.
- Removed Just another greenhouse as dependency as K2 has it's own greenhouse.
- Changed recipes to be faster but require more water to line up with K2 more.
- Added rubber to K2 belts will be adding more recipes as I find them.
