Some items may never be craftable. Because some recipes will not unlock by technology. My mod pack contains more than 2500 items, making it difficult to manually exclude them. Could we follow this approach: scan all technologies and collect the items that are unlocked, as items unlocked by technologies are definitely craftable; finally, scan all recipes with default enable=true to add items that are unlocked at the start of the game.
Additionally, I'm not sure if it's caused by my mod, but your mod is throwing an error stating that it cannot find items like steam, lubricant, and water. This is because they are fluids, so they cannot be found naturally.
