Makes resources more sparse than base game. You will need to use trains much earlier to get resources. Game will be more difficult especially with higher enemy settings.

I did a quick look around and it seems that there is a conflict with using RSO / Cargo Mod offshore Oil resource. Wondering If you were able to implement, not huge obviously but I really enjoy RSO and would like to setup some Oil Tanker Logistics etc. :)
Nothing in regards to RSO / Cargo Ships, doesn't appear to be spawning? It was working in another game, and I added RSO when starting this save and it doesn't appear to place the offshore crude oil.
I am also not seeing any offshore oil. It was fairly rare when playing without RSO, but on my current game I set its frequency to 600% and still haven't seen any. Didn't get any error message.
Bumping this post - Just started a new map & this message was displayed:
"The resource offshore-oil is not configured in RSO. It won't be spawned!"
This was discovered after exploring a considerable amount of a previously generated map & not finding any offshore oil deposits, and attempting to restart a fresh playthrough with the same map seed.
