Makes resources more sparse than base game. You will need to use trains much earlier to get resources. Game will be more difficult especially with higher enemy settings.

It seems that Factorio+ won't start up for me with a load error.
I'm not sure if there was a resource config for it before 2.0 and I can only check after it starts loading up properly.
