Hey... I'm playing with RSO and Redstone Flux right now. Do I see that correctly, that the mod is not yet compatible?

It wasn't added and I'm not sure it will be. While it works with 1.1 I'm not really working on mod atm so chances for me doing are quite small.
If mod author would like to prepare config I can include it easily.

Mh, that's a pity.
Then I'll have to play without any mods like RSO. Since Oreverhaul also does not work and I know no other mod of this kind, I probably have no other choice.
