Overhauls resource spawning system.
Hi, mod Simple Silicon (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/SimpleSilicon) adds an optional resource "Quartz" (toggleable in settings). Would it be possible to add support?
Added in version that I just posted. Be aware that resource config is a heavy guess - resource definitions are getting more and more cryptic in base game.
