I've made some fixes and they are up in 5.0.3.
It should also let you simplify your mod - I added automated generation of chunks for new starting area to RSO itself.
Main reason for that is that if you spawn area before new starting location then it wouldn't know about it and new player there could find big turrets in nearby base etc.
Now it will properly calculate distance to use all the starting location including one being added so enemies and resources in the area will be scaled down as they should be.
