Resource Spawner Overhaul

Makes resources more sparse than base game. You will need to use trains much earlier to get resources. Game will be more difficult especially with higher enemy settings.

Thats a lot of mods.
Any chance of trying to figure out which one of those might be interfering?
Do you have Use RSO biter generation checked in mod settings?

Hmm strange, i started to trying to detect what cause a problem, i deleted mod setting file and that fixed problem

It looked like some combination of settings.. but it might be hard to reproduce now. Or you disabled RSO enemy generation but one of other mods disabled base one.

I see two switches for same thing (based on desc) one in startup category next in map

They are different - startup one decides if base game generation is used or not.
Map one decides if RSO will generate enemies using it's built in generation.
Disabling both of those will make map without enemies.
