Overhauls resource spawning system.
Any chance you can add support for Simple Silicon? It adds a Quartz resource.
I gave it a go myself, made a resourceconfigs file but its still giving me grief.
I can take a look at some point - quartz is pretty popular so it will be conflict inducing.
