can you do this for DP77's mod to cause it's only in starting area and nothing spawns after starting area

There is a config for DP77's mod. If it spawns in starting area properly then it means it's working in theory.
Do you have some other mods or you did some setting changes?
Please post save file from new game and your settings (mod-settings.dat) and I can take a look. Do it on forums if possible it's easier to talk there.
