yasssss, same... except it says "circular dependency from rso-mod and angelsrefining" i have bio industries too though.
it's probably the new update that was uploaded 50 minutes ago ;/
for now you can take the old 3.7.0 download, go to %appdata% -> factorio -> mods and replace the rso mod.
