Makes resources more sparse than base game. You will need to use trains much earlier to get resources. Game will be more difficult especially with higher enemy settings.

Are you able to add RSO functionality for the 2nd Darkstar mod called "Darkstar utilities Low Specs"? RSO works with the original mod but doesn't with this newer one

I tried getting it to work on my own yesterday but wasn't sure how mod detection was handled. I see the change you made in mainconfig.lua with the 2nd game.active_mods check you added and that definitely works!
