Is it possible to change RSO settings on an existing save for parts of the map that are not revealed yet? I'm not getting quite the increase in size and richness with distance that I would like, but I don't want to start with a new map.
Most of the settings can be changed and they will apply for new areas. Size of region might have unexpected effects if changed on running game so it's better not to change it.
Since generation works in regions you might need to travel quite far to see the effect (by default region is 7 chunks - thats 224 tiles).
