Makes resources more sparse than base game. You will need to use trains much earlier to get resources. Game will be more difficult especially with higher enemy settings.

Also, Lithia Water isn't spawning for some reason.
Though it could be I just haven't found any yet. I found ground water but usually that comes with lithia water as well. Will keep looking.
