Makes resources more sparse than base game. You will need to use trains much earlier to get resources. Game will be more difficult especially with higher enemy settings.

hello, with the vanilla biter generation set to 'on' and RSO biter generation set to 'off' nothing spawns, i much prefer the vanilla generation so a fix would be cool. -pretty sick mod though.
