Makes resources more sparse than base game. You will need to use trains much earlier to get resources. Game will be more difficult especially with higher enemy settings.

No matter what I can't get a nice crude oil patches, in default game I was using very low frequency/very big/very rich to achieve rare but oil-patches containing from 15-40 crude oil spots.
Can't get it to work similar in rso, there are always barely few like 6
This is by design. It was specifically reduced few times to be more reasonable then vanilla. You should increase size to max if you want to get more of them in RSO.
