Overhauls resource spawning system.
I cannot find nor see a version .13 of the game to download either via steam (bought it on steam) or on the website where you can download the client. What em I missing?
You need to use experimental version on steam(accesible in betas tab) or get RSO for 0.12 from forum linked as homepage.
